Glenn Behar is a partner in the New York office of Porter Novelli. His primary responsibility is the strategic direction and coordination of the agency's programs on behalf of Procter & Gamble, including oversight of global Gillette Blades & Razors, Venus Female Shaving and Braun Hair Removal initiatives. As global account leader, Glenn also oversees individual Procter & Gamble brand programs conducted by Porter Novelli offices throughout the world. During his 16-year tenure at Porter Novelli, Glenn has directed every major product launch for the Gillette and Venus brands, from the Gillette Series male toiletries collection in 1992 to 2008's Venus Embrace. He has also managed programs for Procter & Gamble brands such as Folgers Coffee, Millstone Coffee, Pringles, PUR Water and Oral-B, as well as other Porter Novelli clients including M&M/Mars, Absolut, ChapStick, Nicorette and Nicoderm smoking cessation products, Elizabeth Arden, Avon and Renova. Glenn's areas of expertise include global product launches, holistic programs that integrate a variety of marketing disciplines and special events, with particular experience in fashion, style and entertainment partnerships on behalf of his clients. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Arts and Sciences and Law School. "I like to think my proudest achievement is in the future," Glenn says. "It keeps me motivated."
